                            RESOLUTION NO.  19355    
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF TWO 
                   AGREEMENTS WITH THE CINCINNATI, NEW ORLEANS 
                   AND TEXAS PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY IN AN 
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR 
                   HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS, 
                   ($11,425.00) RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 70 
                   CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF PROPOSED 
                   SANITARY SEWER LINES.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified the 
       execution of two Agreements with the Cincinnati, New Orleans and 
       Texas Pacific Railway Company in an amount not to exceed 
       $11,425.00 relative to Contract No. 70 construction and 
       maintenance of proposed sanitary sewer lines.
